The owner and manager of the internet sites www.webproject.cz is a physical person Roman Novak, Reg. No.: 46141910, who is competent to perform proprietary rights to these internet sites (further only "Manager").

Rights and duties of the Manager and users when using these sites follow these Rules. The Rules are related to all persons who visit the sites (further only "Users"). The Users agree with the Rules when they enter any of the Manager's websites or when they anyhow use any information placed in the frame of the Manager's websites. Publishing any data or information on the sites www.webproject.cz, except this document, is not a legal act if it is not specified otherwise in single cases.

Using personal data

If the Users wish to correct personal data the Manager has got about them, they can ask the Manager to correct them on the e-mail address policy@webproject.cz or send postage to the address mentioned on the page of Contact.

In the internet sites of www.webproject.cz links to other websites that are not under the Manager's control are located. If the Users visit some of the sites, they should meet their personal data security. The Manager is not responsible for other companies' methods.

The User's behaviors

When using these websites the Users do not have rights to intervene in security of the sites, they cannot use the sites for transferring harmful files and trying to break through into the sites places inaccessible for public.

The User is responsible for a possible risk when using these websites and so the Manager cannot have any responsibility.
